Attention to all owners of the Masuyama 32mm/85° eyepiece: please carefully check whether your unit meets the correct specifications.
The issue is that some units may have a lens element without coating. Such eyepieces with uncoated lenses may have been distributed on the market for some time. Please see the details below.
If your eyepiece looks like the one on the right, it is uncoated. The one on the left is the normal (properly coated) version.
