The following new items will be available in US shortly. Especially More Blue tripods are quite solid. They were well known as one of most heavy-duty tripods in the transportable category. I saw it in Japan before. 50mm leg diameter was large indeed. Not available long time since then. But I’m glad to know they are back in stock now. So Hutech starts carrying them accordingly.
Unlike the conventional tripods, 2-section legs are connected thread by thread each other, so that the entire leg maintains 50mm diameter. The legs by sliding way is becoming smaller toward to the ground. That’s weak point.
And this mount adapter is useful to the owners of Gitzo Series 2/3/4 tripods.
This dual-face saddle allows to set the extra devices in front of or below the scope. It can be functioned as the counterweight in case of the back-heavy condition.
