Sightron’s new filter is scheduled to come up this April. The key features are
- Reducing red color cast at the corners
- Natural RGB color balance

Since modified cameras tend to exhibit strong red color cast, this filter is optimized for such use.
The red color cast at the edges is minimal, making subsequent image processing much easier.
I will also publish the results obtained using a dedicated astronomy color camera at a later date.
